Lead Delivery and Notification
Your practice will receive leads in real time via email and phone calls. A text message can also be sent to any mobile phone with an alert of a new lead/form completion. Additionally, you will receive a monthly report with any/all recorded phone calls.

On average you can expect between 10% – 20% conversions rate with all of the leads.

Consultation
We will be available via phone at any time when the need arises schedule permitting for you or a designated team member. We will also be available daily via email to you or a designated team member.
At the end of every 30-day period you will receive an update report that shows results for the previous 30-days number of total leads along with links to any and all recorded calls.
We do not ask about cases that you take on, but we appreciate hearing about any success or concerns so that we can determine campaign ROI. This will also assist in making adjustments to our advertising campaigns or lead funnels.
Full Lead Generation Campaign Management
Management is done in a two-tiered progression, starting with an initial trial followed by ongoing campaign management if you so choose.
- Setup and initial trial period of 14 Days.
In the initial Trial, set up/management, the following would be identified:
- Targeting identification and refinement
- Complete target services/products identified
- Target demographics identified
- Create lead capture funnels
- Organization of content
- Design and create ad creatives and copy
- Creation of all of website landing pages and thank you pages
- Conversion tracking and website custom audience placement
- Technical integrations (Email List, Lead Notifications, etc)
- Consulting and debrief of ad campaigns
- Analysis of advertising campaigns to identify areas of opportunity and strategies to capitalize on these improvements
- Active Campaign Management: (Days 14+)
After the setup and trial period the active campaign management will start:
- Daily campaign management and budget adjustments
- Campaign scaling
- Lookalike audiences, custom audiences
- (Optional) client provides email lists of current/previous patients/clients.
- Campaign retargeting setup and management
- Ad split testing
- Landing page / funnel split testing
- Advanced tracking of campaign performance metrics and KPIs
Discount Trial Period Agreement
The trial includes all the conditions of the lead generation agreement at a discounted rate.
Monthly Package Investment
Agreement is month to month with 30 day notice to cancel. Payments would be made as follows in advance of services. The number of leads can be adjusted monthly!
